Hello and thank you for inquiring with Ryan Fairman at Continued Performance. My goal with this form is to get to know a little bit more about you and see if we would be a good fit to work together.

I offer a unique approach and will ensure that you are well taken care of with all aspects of your health and fitness. Some of the main benefits include:

The process includes:

  1. An initial intake (health history, goals, exercise history, movement assessment, and body composition measurements) followed by the creation of a custom exercise regimen including aerobic (cardio) and resistance training based on your intake.

  2. From there we will determine frequency to meet and an optional online performance plan may be created based on that frequency.

  3. Support will include weekly check ins via email or text and progress will be measured on a monthly basis through recovery surveys and in person measurements.
