Resistance Training Overview

Through the tools of both Muscle Activation Techniques and Resistance Training Specialist, I am able to create an individualized resistance training program, that will allow you to reach your goals in the safest, most efficient, and most effective way possible. You will begin to look and feel better in no time! Over time and with proper progression, you will strengthen your body and keep your joints healthy with the end goal being to build a better body!  A body that will be able to do the things you love to do.

Here is what the process will look like:

  • Extensive assessment process to gather information for building a customized strength training program.
    • Program will be based on the client's body (joint range, muscle strength, pathologies, etc.), specific goals, and current fitness level
  • 1 month, 3 month, 6 month or 12 month packages available along with quarterly check ins to monitor progress of goals
  • Guided, written workouts specific to training program (will vary based on training frequency and desired goals)
